I would like to notify you of a change that will take place January 1, 2020. There will be an increase in charges in the amount of $8 for all massage rates. $80 per hour is very much below the average market value for a deep tissue massage given by an established professional of therapeutic massage in Rochester, MN. The standard rate for an hour of deep tissue massage at most other places can be as high as $120 for an hour of therapeutic massage. Some places will charge you a standard $80/hr then add on an additional cost of $20-$40 for deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage, etc.

No two massage therapists do the same type of massage. I try to incorporate all the different types of techniques that I have been trained in for the best massage to match your specific goals. I am certified in following massage techniques and will incorporate certain styles of each into your current massage: Swedish Massage, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofacial Release Massage, Reflexology and Chair Massage. Keep in mind that I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, so stretching or strengthening techniques/tips are frequently discussed during a massage session to help you achieve your best you!
